Hotel Savoy Bonn

Mind-blowing downtown location! Just a block away from the river and city center. The continental breakfast, including German rolls and cheese, was super tasty. The room, though small, had adequate space and a working table. The staff was jaw-droppingly nice and pleasant. Will definitely stay again when visiting the city.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and it is well located for seeing most of the tourist sites.

The curtains in the room didn't block enough of the street lights at night, so it was always quite light in the room.

The location is good, very near to a trem stop. The staff are nice. Breakfast is simple but just ok.

If there is a trem passing in from of the hotel in the morning or in the late night, it is noisy.

I keep coming back to my favorite hotel. The staff found my forgotten headphones, so I'll never forget that. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, Lift, and Express check-in/ -out. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. Excited for my New Year's stay!

The hotel offered great facilities, such as a delicious breakfast and anice and neat room with a nice view of the city center. The location was also a plus, as it was close to public transportation and on the main street of this city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center pedestrian area and the Rhine river, which provides easy access to restaurants and public transit. the room was spacious and clean with excellent Wi-Fi. the staff were polite and accommodating.

I was upgraded to a double room at Hotel Savoy and it exceeded my expectations. The room had a nice working space and a view into the courtyard. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore all the main attractions in Bonn. The staff at check-in and check-out were amazing and very helpful. Even though there were a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the elevator was extremely small and didn't accommodate more than two people at a time. The cleaning service was subpar and I found stains on the blankets and sheets in my room.

The cleanliness can surely be improved. the housekeeping staff did a poor job cleaning the room, and the bathroom had grime and mold in the corners.
